When there is something we know we did wrong we tend to want a do-over. This begins the lamenting process.
If we yearn to be with our long lost love we tend to lament the past when we were once together and try re-piecing the mistake together the way we want... but instead of lamenting the past why not be in the present for the future and just be with the long lost love - when we rediscover each other again?
Lamenting is an advanced worry.
Worrying does absolutely nothing productive; it only wastes our current moments from our already shortened life.
Let us learn to act in the moment and to be more proactive.
Lamenting is worse than regretting, because it is a mental vacuum that sucks all the life out of our heart and soul in which we become despondent and depressed.
