Well, it's Christmas time already.
We are bustling about trying to finish shopping and finding trees...and making those delicious cookies and candies...
...but who is preparing for the aftermath?
The aftermath of the holidays is the holiday weight, leftovers, and taking down the beautiful decorations.
It's the shifting away from the holidays and gearing into a new year and a new spring.
How do we do that?
Take it day by day and be patient with yourself. Don't be so hard on yourself and don't write down resolutions. Resolutions are a sure way to get "New Year's Depression."
Set realistic intentions and actual things you CAN do...not something you hope to do.
If you are not patient with yourself, who will?
Only you know what you can actually do...
