Taking in the moment

Seriously, it's amazing! I am driving along in afternoon mid-week traffic wondering why there is so many cars! How did this world accumulate so many people?
Think about this one...in every town, there are at least 100+ cars on the road - in motion. Where are they all going? And why are they in such a hurry? Every driver out there is in a hurry to just GO. Where is it that these people go that requires this much haste?

We need to chill a bit. We need to take time out from being in such a rush. Slow down - because if we don't, then we are only in a hurry to lie in a coffin 6-feet under.

  • Smile and look up at the sky at night. Really LOOK at the stars
  • Take in a deep breath as you look at the stars
  • Consider: Life has always moved on without the rush-rush of your activity...so what is really your hurry?
  • Take a moment and consider where you are in your present - that's exactly where you are supposed to be
Don't be so influenced by those crazed drivers on the road - it's their arteries hardening, not yours!
